Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to initiate a return request.

Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accompanying items must be included.
  • Items with signs of wear or perfume/detergent scents will not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: Start by emailing us at support@alexshogun.store. Please include your order number and photos of the item.
  2. Pack Your Item Securely: Use the original packaging or a secure replacement to ensure protection during transit.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, you will receive the return address. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (except in cases of manufacturer defects). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Size Exchanges

We highly encourage you to check our Size Chart before purchasing. If you need a different size, we are happy to facilitate an exchange; however, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item.

Important Exceptions

  • Promotional Sales: Purchases made during sales or using discount codes are considered final and cannot be returned unless a documented manufacturer defect exists.
  • Hygiene Items: Certain products (if applicable) may be exempt from returns for health and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Missing or Late Refunds
